You have 24hrs to contact us after your cleaning is provided, with any questions or concerns about your service. We will provide one reclean of any areas needed within an agreed upon time (usually next day depending on schedule). After 24hrs we can not guarantee that we are responsible for an unclean home or office that is occupied, so please if you see an issue we would like to address it immediately as your happiness is our business.
